In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Mark I. Partnow, J.), dated September 21, 2016. The order granted the motion of the defendant Ameriquest Mortgage Company for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint insofar as asserted against it.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
For the reasons stated in Sudit v Eliav (181 AD3d 955 [2020] [decided herewith]), the order is affirmed. Austin, J.P., Roman, Maltese and LaSalle, JJ., concur..
