Refund Policy

At Welcome Home Justice, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our NYLE Elite Package. Please review our refund policy below.

Eligible Product for Refund

The only product eligible for a refund is the NYLE Elite Package. To qualify, you must meet certain requirements, including completing the necessary practice tests and scoring requirements.

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund under the money-back guarantee, prior to taking the NYLE, you must complete all of the following:

1. Complete all 13 parts of the civil procedure writing review materials
2. Score at least 70% correct on your first attempt at Practice Test 1, 2, or 3
3. Score at least 80% correct on Practice Test 1
4. Score at least 80% correct on Practice Test 2
5. Score at least 80% correct on Practice Test 3
6. Score at least 80% correct on each of the twelve subject areas of the 150 additional practice questions
7. Score at least 80% correct on each subpart of the Intensive Real Property Hypotheticals
8. Score at least 80% correct on the true or false contracts review questions

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after your NYLE exam date.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to handle all transactions. Please note that Stripe’s processing fees from the original transaction will not be refunded, in accordance with their policy. Specifically, Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per successful card transaction for local payment methods, and these fees are non-refundable. For more information on Stripe’s fees, visit their pricing page.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
