Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated February 1, 2017 ( People v Xochimitl , 147 AD3d 793 [2017], affd 32 NY3d 1026 [2018]), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 27, 2012.
Ordered that the application is denied.
