Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Laurence E. Busching, J.), rendered July 12, 2022, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of promoting prostitution in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 2 1/2 to 5 years, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant made a valid waiver of his right to appeal ( see People v Thomas , 34 NY3d 545 [2019], cert denied 589 US —, 140 S Ct 2634 [2020]; People v Bryant , 28 NY3d 1094 , 1096 [2016]), which forecloses review of his statutory speedy trial claims ( see People v Person , 184 AD3d 447 , 447-448 [1st Dept 2020], lv denied 35 NY3d 1069 [2020]).
