Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vincent M. Del Giudice, J.), imposed November 1, 2017, after remittitur from this Court ( see People v Newman , 153 AD3d 640 [2017]), on the ground that the resentence was excessive.
Ordered that the resentence is affirmed.
The resentence imposed was not excessive ( see People v Farrar , 52 NY2d 302, 305-306 [1981]; People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80, 86 [1982]). Mastro, J.P., Leventhal, Miller, Duffy and LaSalle, JJ., concur..
