Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County (John F. Zoll, J.), imposed January 31, 2020, upon his plea of guilty, on the ground that the sentence was excessive.
Ordered that the sentence is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the portion of the sentence imposing a period of three years’ probation was not excessive ( see People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80 [1982]). Connolly, J.P., Rivera, Miller and Ford, JJ., concur..
