On consideration of the continuation of this Court’s April 2, 2018 suspension of the Honorable Robert L. Cicale from the office of Judge of the District Court of Suffolk County (see 31 NY3d 996 [2018]), it is determined that the suspension is continued, without pay, effective immediately, pursuant to New York Constitution, article VI, § 22 and Judiciary Law § 44.
