Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated January 30, 2019 ( People v Arevalo , 168 AD3d 1091 [2019]), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered July 11, 2016.

Ordered that the application is denied.
