Appeal by the defendant from an order of the County Court, Dutchess County (Edward T. McLoughlin, J.), dated July 17, 2019, which, after a hearing, designated him a level two sex offender pursuant to Correction Law article 6-C.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
In this proceeding pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act (Correction Law art 6-C), the County Court properly assessed the defendant 90 points, within the range for a presumptive designation as a level two sex offender ( see People v Johnson , 11 NY3d 416 [2008]; People v Brown , 116 AD3d 1017 [2014]).
The defendant’s remaining contentions are without merit. Rivera, J.P., Hinds-Radix, Connolly and Iannacci, JJ., concur..
